Free Author Visits to Schools

Schools have been asked to sacrifice during these financially difficult times. As a former reading teacher who taught at a school where over 90% of the children received free and reduced lunches no authors came to our school to speak about their books because there were no funds to pay them. I believe strongly that regardless of the financial difficulties a child has to endure that each child has a chance to reduce the cycle of poverty by having a mentor believing in him or her. This is why I offer free author visits.

No child should be left behind. My goal is to have children believe in dreams. This is why I am often called the Dream Doctor.
